The wall was part of his overall message toward securing the nation and combating illegal immigration. With crucial midterm elections in November, voters are being polled about what issues they care about most and want to see addressed. As reported by Breitbart, a new Harvard/Harris Poll found that immigration is by far the top issue for Republican voters.
