According to Fox News, military officials announced on Tuesday that ISIS has lost 98 percent of the territory it once held, which has mostly been recaptured since President Trump took office this past January. This is a welcomed sign after 8 years of complacency by Barack Hussein Obama when it comes to terrorism.
